Email kelly@iongroup.ca or call 705-739-1969 to get set up in our system, then email signs@iongroup.ca with your install details. Payment is required in advance before your very first install — after that, we invoice you once the install is complete.

Email our coordinator Greg at signs@iongroup.ca. Greg checks install requests before 7 am, Monday–Friday, and schedules as soon as possible. Same-day installs within Barrie may be possible but are never guaranteed.

1. The address of the install, including the postal code.
2. Any sign toppers you may need, such as "Coming Soon" or "10 Acres" (custom sign topper printing is extra and requires 2 business days).
3. Please note that our installer must follow local by-laws and may have limited options for sign post placement.
4. Make sure your for sale sign is at our Barrie location before the installation date.

Renewal fees are waived when your signs are printed by ION Print & Promo. Posts will be removed after 90 days unless the rental is renewed, and missing or damaged posts will be charged to the client at $240 per post.

No. All signs must be at our Barrie office at least one day before the installation. For the safety of our installer, signs cannot be left in garages, sheds, porches, or anywhere at the property — only signs brought to or stored at our Barrie office can be installed.

We service Barrie, Orillia, Oro, Severn, Midland, Penetanguishene, Wasaga Beach, Angus, Springwater, and Innisfil.

Within Barrie, standard installs are $60. After that, the price increases based on distance from Barrie. There is currently a diesel fuel surcharge of $5 per install while fuel prices remain high. All new realtors must pay a one-time only administration/storage fee of $25.

Yes!

Installs within Barrie can often be accommodated the same or next business day if we receive your email request before 7 am. Otherwise, 3–5 business days is recommended. You will be notified by email when your sign is scheduled. If you don't have a sign yet, call us and we can print one for you — starting at $75 for a double-sided, laminated, durable sign. Please note that installs only happen Monday–Friday. We are closed weekends and holidays.

Please give us 8–10 business days for the sign take-down to be scheduled.

Yes. There is an initial storage fee of $25. If you print your signs with us, we will waive the storage fee.

No. However, we do have complimentary SOLD sign toppers exclusively for our installation clients. Pick them up at no charge from our 178 Tiffin St. location. When we remove the sign, we return the topper to our inventory.

Yes! We are your one-stop shop for all printing — feature sheets, open house signs, business cards, and more to grow your realty business and promote your listings.

You can e-transfer or pay online by credit card. Your invoice will include the necessary instructions.
